The Matching Process
GreenhouseXchange is produced by Meister Media Worldwide Inc publishers of Greenhouse Grower magazine. Greenhouse Grower’s personal involvement and hands-on-approach enables them to effectively match your needs with the solutions and services offered by specific suppliers in a way that is unequaled by any other event. The
GreenhouseXchange staff conducts detailed interviews with participating growers to identify pending improvements or challenges relating to your greenhouse operations. Once your initiatives have been defined, we then invite leading suppliers whose products and services can provide solutions to your qualified needs.
GreenhouseXchange researches supplier solutions, so only those suppliers with appropriate solutions are matched with your operation. You are assured that you will not be meeting with any local or regional representatives from the supplier organizations. Suppliers are required to bring executives at the highest levels of their organization prepared to address your specific needs.
Pre-event Preparation
A key component of GreenhouseXchange is pre-event preparation. Qualified suppliers will be provided with detailed information regarding the needs of your operation. Contact between your team and the pre-qualified suppliers will take place over a four week period preceding the event. This pre-event preparation ensures that meetings are not merely introductory, but substantive and strategic. The objective of this unique pre-event process is to develop a course of action and a needs analysis that will assist in designing specific solutions. The preparation period will ensure that your operation's specific needs will be addressed during each 45 minute meeting. The interview process, the detailed profiles, the private Xtranet, and the preparatory discussions are all designed to bring your operation and each supplier to a more productive point in the sales cycle to save you time, effort, and money.
